Acceptance
By installing or using Photo Metadata Restore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the extension. The extension is operated by Tsuzuri Works.
As-is service
Photo Metadata Restore and all results are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tsuzuri Works does not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of date restoration, GPS restoration, matching, or other output.
Your responsibility
You use the extension and its output at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing the restored files and the CSV report before relying on them. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of your original files (although the extension does not modify your originals) and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights, including the terms of service of any service whose data you process.
Pricing and purchase
The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase of USD $19. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Refunds
Because the Pro upgrade unlocks a digital feature immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. As a courtesy, we will refund a Pro purchase on request within 14 days of the purchase date; email tsuzuri.kana@gmail.com. Beyond that period we will still refund where a refund is required by applicable law or where the failure is attributable to us.
Third-party components
This extension includes third-party components that are published under their own open-source licences; those licences are listed in the extension itself, under "Third-party notices". Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted to you by those licences.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsuzuri Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Photo Metadata Restore. This includes loss of data, revenue, business opportunity, or service availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the extension without notice. We may also revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Japan, subject to applicable mandatory law.
